Clear terms for every CareGrowth purchase.
AI Growth & Operations Audit ($995)
Fully refundable before the kickoff call. Non-refundable once audit work begins. $500 is credited toward setup if you start a plan within 30 days of purchasing the audit.
Setup fees
Refundable, minus work already completed, if cancelled before the build starts. Non-refundable once the build begins.
Monthly plans
Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial months. A signed Founding Partner 90-day commitment overrides this.
Advertising and third-party costs
Advertising spend and third-party costs are paid directly to the platforms and are non-refundable.
